Q. How long does it take to schedule a carpet cleaning?
A. We can usually schedule most properties within 3-5 business days of initial request.
Q. How long does carpet take to dry?
A. Carpet takes about 4-6 hours to dry depending on humidity levels and if there are fans in each room. We recommend turning on the AC which will help draw the moisture out.
Q. What method do we use?
A. We use a "steam cleaning" hot water extraction method. This insures no residue is left behind and the hot water kills most allergens and odor causing bacteria.
Q. Will we move furniture?
A. The simple answer is YES. Typically we move most small, light furniture to open up the cleaning area. Most of the time the only areas that need a carpet professionally cleaned is in the high traffic areas. Under any piece of furniture is essentially clean. Its not susceptible to outside contaminants or grinding from walking. A good vacuum can do the trick! We will always work with you and move anything you would like!
Q. How long will it take to clean the carpets at my house?
A. Typically the average home will take 2-3 hours to properly clean. If anyone is doing it faster, then they are not taking the proper time to clean it well and take the necessary steps to rinse and dry your carpet.
Q. Why does my carpet seem to get dirty faster after I have it cleaned in the past?
A. This is from not rinsing out the detergent properly. Leaving any residue behind will attract dirt. Our method of cleaning will ensure that all the residue will be rinsed clean and your carpet is left soft and fluffy
Q. What is your process?
A. We use tile detergent, 200 degrees of hot water and 1000 psi to blast away dirt and grime. Our tile cleaning machine has a surrounding vacuum to remove all dirt and water with no over spray.
Q. Can you clean dirty grout lines?
A. Yes! We use the same process, but with an added step to work the detergent deep into the grout lines with a grout brush and then rinse clean.
Q. How long does it take to dry?
A. Tile will dry very fast. It's usually dry within 15 minutes. Grout is more porous and this may take about 1-2 hours to completely dry.
Q. Do you clean marble or stone?
A. Yes, we can clean any hard stone or tile with this process. Unfortunately, we cannot clean softer tiles like Saltillo, since it may etch with our process.
Q. Can you Seal tile and grout?
A. When it comes to most tile, we would seal the grout lines only, especially with ceramic and porcelain tiles. With natural stone you can seal the entire tile and grout with different sheens.
